Policies and Procedures
Payment policy - a 100% is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy - 80% of payment is refundable with cancellation notice of 14 days prior to arrival.
Check-in policy - Door Codes will be sent upon completion of Registration Card. - If a guest is a no show, they must pay 100% of room charge.
Check in time: 3:00PM (Early check in available for a fee).
Check out time: 10:00AM (Late check out available for a fee).
This is a contactless Check-in and Check-out process. Code will be sent the morning of check-in day and give access to the building and your room.
King rooms: Max of 2 people
Queen rooms: Max of 4 people
All Suites: Max of 4 people sleeping occupancy
Parking: Both public and street parking available
No pets.
A valid ID must be provided before your stay as well as a credit card. If there are any additional fees it will be added to the card on file.
No smoking on the premises. You must be 100 ft away from the building in order to smoke. Violators are subject to fines.
Extensive clean up or damage is subject to fines.
Must be 21 years or older to rent.
